Experience in cultivation. Discipline in design.
Established in Greece, ViceRoy Group combines practical cultivation knowledge with engineering expertise to develop facilities for modern commercial agriculture.
Our work considers the facility as a whole — the cultivation method, infrastructure, environment and operating requirements that must function together.
Rooted in practice.
ViceRoy Group was established in Greece by professionals with practical experience in commercial cultivation and facility development. That foundation continues to inform our work in planning and engineering growing environments around their intended use.
Members of our team draw on experience from the early development of commercial cultivation in the United States. It taught us to approach growing facilities from the inside out: starting with cultivation requirements, then developing the infrastructure and systems that support them.
Practical cultivation experience shapes the questions we ask before a facility is designed.
The facility is one system.
A cultivation method sets requirements for the space around it. Facility design, environmental strategy, water, lighting and workflow must be considered together with the operating economics they create.
Decisions made on paper become physical constraints in construction and operational realities once a facility begins growing. Our approach connects those decisions early, so the cultivation strategy and facility systems support the same objective.

Understand
Identify the project objectives, cultivation method, site and operational requirements that will shape the work.
- 02
Develop
Bring facility layout, engineering and system requirements into one technical direction.
- 03
Coordinate
Align design choices with construction, environmental, water, electrical and cultivation work.
- 04
Support operations
Connect facility intent to cultivation schedules, SOPs, training, quality and inventory considerations.
Greece. Bulgaria. United States.
Our experience includes commercial cultivation projects in Europe, particularly technically integrated greenhouse facilities. The same engineering logic applies across different crops and production models: establish what the growing environment must achieve, then design the systems to support it.

Practical knowledge. Technical judgment.
Practical cultivation experience, technical expertise and considered design come together in the decisions that shape a facility.
We bring experience in facility engineering, growing systems and operational processes, looking beyond individual components to how a project works as a whole. We consider design and commercial requirements alongside the technical decisions — always in service of the facility and the people who use it.
What are you planning to build?
Whether you're considering a new facility or reviewing an existing operation, the starting point is understanding the requirements, constraints and decisions already in place.
